Report your negative reviews with Cinquo

Not every 1-star review is a fair one

Every business owner knows the feeling: a review pops up that’s clearly fake, written by someone who was never your customer, or that flat-out violates Google’s policies. You know it shouldn’t be there — but what do you do next?

Most of the time, the answer is: nothing. Reporting a review to Google is a manual, opaque process. You don’t know which policy it breaks, what language to use, or whether it’s even worth trying. So the review stays, dragging down your rating.

Meet the Review Reporting Agent from Cinquo

Cinquo now includes an AI agent that analyzes any negative review and tells you, in plain terms, whether it’s likely to be removed by Google — and exactly how to report it.

The agent reads the review, cross-references it against Google’s content policies, and gives you a removal probability score along with the specific policy it violates. No guesswork. No wasted reports. Just the answer you need to act.

How it works?

  • Find the review you want to challenge. Open any review in your Cinquo web panel and look for the “Can this review be removed?” button.
  • The agent analyzes and scans the review against Google’s policies — spam, fake experience, off-topic content, hate speech, and more.
  • You receive a removal probability score and the exact policy violation to cite when you report the review to Google through the proper channel.

A clear verdict, every time

The agent doesn’t just say “maybe.” It gives you a concrete probability and a reason — so your team knows exactly when to push and when to move on.

For likely removable reviews, the agent identifies the policy breach and tells you the exact category to select when filing the report with Google.

For unlikely removable reviews with a low probability, it means the review expresses a genuine (if harsh) opinion. No policy is broken — the best move is a well-crafted public reply.

Available now in the Cinquo web panel.
